Optional research-use measurement

Collection is disabled on this deployment. With permission, daily counters record broad page categories, visits, 30 seconds of foreground engagement, data-opening clicks, and clicks on designated partnership email links. Clicks do not confirm a completed download or a received inquiry.

One consent date stays in this browser for up to 30 days of measurement. It indicates whether a visit is on a later calendar day, without an identifier or cross-device matching. Counts cover consenting browsers, not unique people. We do not include IP addresses, URLs, searches, referrers, or message content in these counters. Hosting and network providers may still process technical request logs.

When collection is enabled, counters are stored in the site's database. Rows older than the 90-day window are deleted when a new event is recorded or the retention job runs. Previously counted events cannot be linked back to you for individual removal.
